Remortgage Only

Conveyancers provide the legal services when transferring your mortgage to another lender, even if you are not moving or borrowing more.  They are not usually required if you are remortgaging with existing lender unless something other than the borrowing amount or term is changing. For example, if you wish to add another person on to the mortgage or transfer the title and mortgage after a divorce.

Other options include buying a new property and selling an old one, buying only, selling only, or equity transfer only.
